Her journey in the medical field began in 2007 as a nurse's aide followed by her licensure as a Registered Nurse in 2013. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut in 2016. Meagane's clinical foundation lies in intensive care, with a specialty in cardiac and cardio-thoracic ICU, where she developed her skills in providing high-acuity, patient-centered care.
